What Does ‘Verified’ Mean?
The ‘Verified’ badge indicates that SwissImmoMap has checked certain company information according to a defined procedure. It is not an evaluation or a recommendation – and it cannot be purchased.
What We Verify
- Company Existence: Company name, registered office, and Unique Identification Number (UID) are compared with the Commercial Register (Zefix). For unregistered sole proprietorships, we require other suitable proof.
- Authorization: The person managing the profile confirms their authorization – for example, via an email address with the company’s domain or a callback to the publicly known phone number.
- Contact Information: Address, phone number, and website are compared with publicly available information.
What ‘Verified’ Does Not Mean
- No statement about the quality, prices, or reliability of services.
- No recommendation by SwissImmoMap.
- No connection to paid offers: Sponsored listings are not automatically verified, and verification cannot be purchased.
Validity
We regularly review verified profiles. If essential information changes or we can no longer confirm it, we remove the badge.
Claiming a Profile Is Not the Same
Anyone who claims an existing profile can edit it. A profile only receives the ‘Verified’ badge after the review described above. Claim Your Profile
