The directory is and will remain free to use. We always clearly label advertising and paid placements.
Labeling
- Paid placements in the directory are marked with the notice “Sponsored”. They may appear in preferred positions.
- Paid editorial content is labeled as “Sponsored Post”.
- Advertising spaces are labeled as “Advertisement”.
No Influence on “Verified” Status
Payment has no influence on the “Verified” status. Sponsored listings are not an endorsement by SwissImmoMap.
Fair Offers
Before you order a paid offer, we will clearly inform you about the service, price in CHF including any taxes, contract duration, renewal, and termination. A contract is only formed by your explicit order.
No Invoices for Unordered Services
SwissImmoMap does not send invoices or invoice-like forms for listings that have not been ordered. If you receive such a letter in our name, please report it to us at info@swissimmomap.ch.
